This is the kid friendly version of my Memory Tonic (a tincture commonly taken for those struggling with memory loss, brain fog, or ADHD). The star of this tincture is Ginkgo which, in Ayurvedic medicine, is used to reduce brain fog, increase memory, and help with focus. I’ve paired the base herb with some calming and adaptogenic herbs. Adaptogens, in herbal medicine, means it helps the body to adjust to stress while keeping the body functions running smoothly. These ingredients have been extracted in glycerin instead of alcohol to make it a great option for kids.
